The gateway to the West, the convergence of the Missouri and Mississippi River, and the culturally rich and historically significant the city of St. Louis is worth your time. There is no shortage of things to do in St. Louis. With a Midwest charm the people of Saint Louis were some of the friendliest I have come across during my travels across the United States.
Saint Louis is the largest city in the Great Plains of the United States and with size comes a myriad of museums, parks, and things to do during your time in St. Louis. Surprisingly it is very budget friendly since the locals pay a tax that allows most of the attractions in the city to be FREE!
December is here and with that means there will be 25 days until Christmas. Which means 25 Days until Christmas and 25 amazing things to do in Orlando for Christmas and the Holiday season.
Orlando is known for being the land of Mickey Mouse, theme parks, and thrill. However, Orlando is also known as “The City Beautiful”, and that beauty shines in Orlando during the Christmas holiday season. The holidays in Orlando offer much more than theme parks and warmer weather. It offers beautiful holidays displays from Orlando Christmas lights, to getting outdoors with ice-skating in shorts, Christmas and the holiday season in Orlando is a festive time of year.
Have a trip planned to the beautiful Hungarian Capitol coming up? Well if so then here is your comprehensive guide to fun things to do in Budapest, Hungary.
Or maybe this is your first time hearing about Budapest. I remember the first time I heard of Budapest. I was in a hostel in Munich speaking to some Australians about how epic and beautiful the Hungarian capitol was.
Fast forward after two visits to Budapest, and moving there for 9 months I can tell you they were right.
Bocas Del Toro famous with backpackers, surfers, and scuba divers looking for an off beaten path destination that feels like paradise. I never heard of Bocas Del Toro until I arrived in Panama City, Panama and immediately knew I had to go. While Panama City was awesome, I knew I had to get out of the city. I loved the thought of a place where I could get the beach, jungle, and island paradise all in one. While some maybe put off by the 10-hour overnight bus ride, or taking another flight I heard this place was worth every extra minute and cent it took to get there.
Originally when I thought of Panama City and Panama, all that came to mind was the Panama Canal. I didn’t expect to find one of the most beautiful countries with the richest biodiversity in the world, amazing beaches, and mouthwatering food. I originally booked a ticket to meet up with a guy that I liked. A friend from Couchsurfing, and thought checking off another country off my list would be a perk. (Learn more about Couchsurfing here!) While things didn’t work out with the guy, I found a new country that I absolutely love with friendly people! Panama is a country that had more than I could see in just the 10 days that I had booked. Suffice to say I will definitely go back one day.
